| Thursday July 13th Schedule |
The following students are scheduled to give their adopted Indian nation presentations on July 13th (Thursday):
Piyapat Thanapond Vipasari Suthida Patcharaporn Jitsupa Patcharin
The second group of students are scheduled for the following Monday, July 17th. However, please come prepared to present on Thursday so that we can get through as many as possible.
The presentation should be brief (no more than ten minutes). It should cover the history of the nation, where it is located, special aspects of the nations culture and what happened to them when the white people came. Try to contact your nation to get some first hand information from them. Trust me on this: these nations are extremely proud of who they are and their culture. You will not find better Americans than most of these native Indians!
I will be videoing the presentation so do not forget to address our Ajarn in Oklahoma in your introduction. He is looking forward to seeing all of you in action.
Group scheduled for Monday July 17:
Jutiporn Nutthida Theerapat Duangdao Palei Saranya Sakchai
Will post revised schedules as we go along. We are trying to finish up the American Indian culture prior to the MIDTERM.
BTW, the midterm will be worth 200 marks instead of the advertised 100 marks.
Good blogging, good researching and good weekending! |
